I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nh Koln Altstadt, and I must say, it exceeded all my high expectations. The reception team was exceptional, ensuring I had a quiet room with a stunning view of both the Köln Cathedral and the river Rhine, which was a priority for my stay in Cologne. The staff's immediate and competent response to any questions or issues impressed me greatly, making my experience truly enjoyable.Additionally, the hotel's pet-friendly amenities were remarkable-I appreciated the gesture of providing my dog with her own bed, bowls, food, and a toy, although we had brought our own supplies. The spacious and clean rooms, along with the convenient location near key attractions and the Chocolate Factory, added to the hotel's appeal. Despite the minor inconvenience of plugs being at the opposite end of the room, the overall comfort and service overshadowed any small issues.Moreover, the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and the highlight was the superb coffee machine. The attention to detail, from the free toiletries to the soundproofed rooms, truly showcased Nh Koln Altstadt's commitment to guest satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, comfortable facilities, and convenient location for a memorable stay in Cologne. I'll definitely be returning in the future.
